With the freight situation in its current state please allow some variation in delivery times shown on the Australia Post website.

How do I place an Order?
Once you have found the item you would like to purchase select the quantity you require click ‘Add to cart’. Once you have done this and are ready to pay head over to the ‘Checkout’ page and complete the transaction by adding your delivery and payment details.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, however we recommend signing up for one to keep a log of your current and future orders.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If an order has been marked as ‘Completed’ and you have been supplied a tracking then the order can no longer be cancelled.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once an order has been booked out you will automatically receive a tracking number from Australia Post and from us.
How Can I Return a Product?
We will only consider a refund for unused parts in the original packaging. Please contact us via the contact form if you wish to return anything. If a refund is granted you will need to return the item at your cost and any refund will be minus the shipping cost on the original transaction..
